Ok so today I bugger off on the train to Maplin and PC World (PEeeee Sea WORLD.. As the silly woman says on the TV).. Bought a DVB TV dongle for my laptop and a game (hehe) some coax and then splurged on a set of cheap speakers (£8) and a meal in Pizza Hut. [...]

Ok so managed to build the Yagi antenna today as we were down due to *maybe* bad weather (don’t ask).. testing the antenna showed it to working pretty well but I’m now certain that the RG59 coax has not been helping at all. A hunt around for the RG58 coax found only RG213 and RG214 [...]
